Aaron Hulin letter, 1835.

Letter tells of financial problems responsible for his leaving the North and cites advantages of being a school teacher in Louisiana with reference to salary per scholar, number of teaching days per month, and accommodations for board. Hulin also refers to the Green Bay tree called Magnolia or Bull-bay and comments on friends and acquaintances in Montgomery County, N.Y.
